Mercy Njoroge is the Chief Customer Experience Officer responsible for Institutional sales, Product Structuring & enhancement of overall customer experience.
Mercy is purposeful about impactful business development and is enthusiastic about creating exceptional boutique experiences and solutions for investors having spent all her professional career at the Dubai International Financial Center working for a boutique asset management company and an education investment company for the last 13 years.
Mercy brings a wealth of experience having held various senior finance, investment, fund raising, legal & compliance and business development roles in the lucrative investment banking, real estate, and education sectors throughout her extensive career in Dubai. She managed and raised over USD 200M in AUMs in her various dockets at Africa Crest Education Holdings and Investbridge Capital. Mercy holds a Law degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA -K), a Certified Public Secretary (CPS) as a graduate of Strathmore University.
